Steel industry experience strongly preferred, particularly within a steel service center, flat-rolled steel, metal processing, distribution, or related manufacturing environment.

Knowledge of flat-rolled steel products, customer applications, pricing dynamics, inventory management, and/or steel processing capabilities is highly desirable.

Experience selling to OEMs, fabricators, manufacturers, or other industrial customers is a plus.

Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.

Ability to balance customer service with profitability and broader business objectives.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.

Comfort working with sales forecasts, inventory considerations, pricing, and customer demand.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
