What You'll Do - Provide Skilled COTA Care: Implement individualized plans of care developed by the supervising Occupational Therapist.
- Perform Therapeutic Interventions: Focus on ADLs, adaptive equipment training, and home safety to help patients improve their independence and safety.
- Report Patient Progress: Document patient responses to treatment and communicate effectively with the supervising OT to ensure coordinated care.
- Manage Your Visits: Set your own schedule and visit cadence based on the plan of care.
- Document Efficiently: Use one simple EMR system for all notes (with tools available to minimize documentation time!)
What You'll Need - Valid California Occupational Therapy Assistant license
- CPR or BLS certification
- Driver's license and auto insurance
- Physical + TB test (within the last year)
- Professional liability and business license (if applicable)
Where You'll Be Working Join our team as a home health clinician for East County San Diego, including El Cajon, La Mesa, Lakeside, and Spring Valley. This region offers a suburban, family-friendly atmosphere with a moderate pace. You'll be working in an area known for its hiking trails and outdoor activities.
