In this role, you'll own the customer journey and play a key role in helping clients protect what matters most. Your responsibilities will include:
Proactively reaching out to prospective clients through phone and video consultations.
Building strong relationships by understanding customer needs and providing personalized insurance solutions.
Presenting products and services in a clear, professional, and consultative manner.
Managing the entire sales process from initial contact through closing.
Handling customer questions and objections with confidence and professionalism.
Maintaining and managing your sales pipeline using CRM tools.
Following up with leads and consistently creating new business opportunities.
Collaborating with team members to share best practices and drive success.
Continuously developing your sales and communication skills through coaching and training opportunities.
Successful candidates are:
Licensed P&C Insurance Agents
Life & Health Insurance license preferred but not required
Excellent communicators who enjoy connecting with people.
Self-motivated and driven to achieve personal and professional goals.
Comfortable building relationships through phone and virtual meetings.

Strong problem-solvers with exceptional listening skills.

Previous sales experience is helpful but not required. We value work ethic, attitude, and a willingness to learn.
