We are seeking an experienced MEP Superintendent to lead Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing construction activities on complex advanced manufacturing projects. This role will oversee MEP field operations, trade coordination, safety, quality, commissioning, and project delivery within fast-paced design-build environments. Responsibilities Lead MEP construction activities including HVAC, process piping, electrical distribution, fire protection, and plumbing systems. Coordinate subcontractors, field engineers, and trade partners across multiple work fronts. Manage BIM coordination, clash detection, and constructability reviews. Drive MEP scheduling, pull planning, and critical-path milestone execution. Oversee quality control, testing, commissioning, startup, and system turnover. Ensure compliance with OSHA and site-specific safety standards. Support manpower planning and productivity management. Required Qualifications 10+ years of MEP construction experience. 5+ years in a Superintendent, Senior Foreman, or equivalent leadership role. Experience with large-scale industrial, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, semiconductor, battery plant, or mission-critical facilities. Strong knowledge of HVAC, process piping, electrical power distribution, and plumbing systems. Experience managing MEP scopes on projects valued at $200M+ . Ability to read construction drawings, specifications, and P&IDs. OSHA 30 certification required. Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent industry experience. Preferred Qualifications Semiconductor fab or cleanroom construction experience. Journeyman/Master Electrician or Pipefitter background. NFPA 70E certification. Prefabrication and modular construction experience. Lean Construction / Last Planner System knowledge. Commissioning and critical facility turnover experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
