Qualifications

\n

\n
• Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse license in the applicable state
\n
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; ADN or BSN accepted, with BSN preferred
\n
• Minimum of two years of recent acute-care nursing experience required
\n
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
\n
• Current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required or obtained within the organization's designated timeframe
\n
• Demonstrated ability to assess and manage patients with complex medical, cardiac, respiratory, neurologic, and post-procedural needs
\n
• Strong critical-thinking, communication, prioritization, and clinical decision-making skills
\n
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
\n
