Blending & Mixing Machine Operator

We are seeking a dedicated and precise Temporary Manufacturing Blending Associate to join our production team. This role is essential for the creation of consumable materials, involving accurate weighing, mixing, and quality control. The ideal candidate will have prior machine operating experience and thrive in a controlled, humid manufacturing environment.

Blending & Mixing Machine Operator Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $18.00 to $19.50 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• Various shifts available ( Monday through Friday from 05:00am to 01:30pm )

• Operate and monitor blending and mixing machinery.
• Weigh and measure raw materials using gram and kilogram scales.
• Follow product formulas and instructions to blend ingredients accurately.
• Check finished blends for quality and consistency.
• Package finished products. Lift up to 25 pounds repeatedly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Work in a humidity controlled manufacturing environment.
• Multiple shifts available. Positions include 8-hour shifts and rotating 12-hour shifts. Hours vary by assignment; weekend work and overtime as needed 

Blending & Mixing Machine Operator Qualifications:

• At least 6 months of manufacturing machine operating experience
• Experience using gram and kilogram scales
• Strong attention to detail and accurate measuring skills
• Ability to understand, speak, and write in English to follow production and safety instructions
• Ability to meet the lifting requirements
• Steel-toed boots
• Ability to meet required N95 mask fit requirements, including no facial hair that interferes with the mask’s seal

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
